 SEVENTH WEEK OF PRACTICE TEACHING (15-08-2022 to 19-08-2022) The last week of teaching practice. On August 15 there were many cultural programmes on school which started at 8.30 am. The national flag was hoisted by the honorable HM G.L Nimi sir at 9 am. Many teachers gave felicitation on the importance of the day. Students of both UP and HS section celebrated in the seventy fifth anniversary of Indian Independence day together. Students participated in patriotic songs, Skit, dance, flash mob etc. Next day there was a quiz competition based on Independence day for both HS and UP students separately. Sabu Sir ,HST English coordinated the quiz programme. A girl and boy from 10 standard were selected for the next level quiz competition dated on October 2, Gandhi Jayanthi at Attingal.   SIXTH WEEK OF PRACTICE TEACHING ( 08-08-2022 to 12-02-2022) On 8/08/2022 (Monday) there was a special assembly as a tribute towards the victims of Hiroshima Nagasakhi bombings. Since August 9 declared as a holiday, School conducted various programmes at the earliest. Origami of Sodako Sasaki were made by students. So many students of standard 8 and 9 delivered speech on the importance of bombings and the after effect of these disasters. The class teachers made the progress report and showed it to the parents. We student teachers were not allowed to participate in the parents meeting. But some of the students of 8 standard came with their parents to meet me, which was really a new experience for me. My optional teacher Viji miss came to the school for second round observation give necessary advice based on my teaching.   FIFTH WEEK OF PRACTICE  TEACHING    (1-08-2022 to 5-08-2022) This was a week full of heavy rain. Government declared holiday due to bad climate for two days. Which make a tight schedule  of teaching after that. I conducted achievement test for 8G students on friday(5-08-2022) , there was a DEO inspection on the same day so that I couldn't take photographs of achievement test. Only a few students were present on friday due to bus strike. A new teacher joined the school, she got transfer from GMBHSS Attingal. She shared her experience to the collegues about her 15 years of teaching experience. She use microphone in the class due to poor voice. FOURTH WEEK OF PRACTICE TEACHING ( 25-07-2022 to 29-07-2022) This week was a busy one because in order to conduct achievement test, portions completed by taking extra classes with the consent of teachers. Doubts of the students also cleared. Since now we are sitting along with the teachers in the staff room everyday there will be some issues and all the solutions are discussed between the teachers. Parents may come and meet teachers of those who make troubles in the class.  Babitha teacher, our concerned physical science teacher at school give information regarding the science council and the meetings behalf of that conducts at every week. On friday (29-07-2022) School conducted an assembly to aware the world nature conservation day , a 'ASOKHA' plant was handover by the Principal in charge Beena teacher to Sarika teacher( malayalam department).   THIRD WEEK OF PRACTICE TEACHING (18-07-2022 to 22-07-2022) On Monday (18-07-2022) as usually taught lessons for the students , there was a quiz competition at noon conducted by the department of social science. Next day at the MLA hall a quiz was conducted by the the Mathematics department. On wednesday we wore uniform saree. That day school provided egg for all students who ate food from there. Thursday our optional teacher came for the observation. There was a special assembly for inaugurating "Ente Kaumudi"   scheme . Kerala Kaumudi newspaper was sponsored to the school by the managing director of nearby hospital Dr. Chandrasekharan Nair. I took class for 8D students , they responded well. Any way it was a good experience. Viji ma'am gave necessary advices and suggestions related to my teaching. Over all she commented positively. After noon there was an exhibition of rocket and satellite models made by HS and UP students. School celebrated the National Moon day well....

  SECOND WEEK OF PRACTICE TEACHING ( 11-07-2022 to 15-07-2022) This week was very nice, lot of new experience gained both from the classes and from the teachers of the school. The way in which the school coordinates a programme really excited me. Without any subject wise discrimination every teachers play their roles well. The students were strictly advised to wear uniform all days except wednesday. Ramzan rice kit of 5kg distributed classwise to students. Noon meal provided to students are very hygienic. Once in a week egg is included in the menu. This week assembly was conducted due to the bad climatic condition. Free periods were given to trainees in the absence of guest teachers. Concerned teachers of physical science give necessary guidance at times. The first day meeting after the science club inauguration were held at the school MLA hall on friday (15-07-2022).
